General terms and conditions of business

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop Powerhouse Pemmican , operated via Shopify. This offer is aimed exclusively at consumers residing in Germany.

3. Conclusion of contract

The products in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By clicking the "Buy now" button, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation by email immediately after the purchase.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are in euros including VAT.

Additionally, shipping costs may apply, which are clearly displayed during checkout.

5. Payment

The charge will be made upon completion of the order.

6. Delivery

Delivery will be made by a shipping service provider (e.g. DHL) to the address you provided.

Delivery time within Germany: approx. 2–5 working days

We do not ship to packing stations or abroad (unless otherwise stated).

7. Right of withdrawal

According to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for food products , as these are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection.

Since Powerhouse Pemmican is a food product, the purchase is final and non-returnable .

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Liability

We are only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. We are only liable for simple negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

11. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.


Should individual clauses be invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected.
